Hey there —
I'm Harvey, the founder here. I've been building software my whole life — and in the MSP space for the past 3 years.
In that time, it's become painfully clear to me that the MSP software market is in a dire state of affairs.
Too many tools chase growth at all costs. Prices climb, support suffers, and innovation slows to a crawl. Customers end up paying the price while the product gets worse, not better.
That's why I started Everhold. We're a holding company for MSP software, but we're not here to play the same game. We're here to fix what's broken. Our mission is simple: build software that puts customers first, not investors. We're customer-funded — your subscription dollars are what fuel us, not VC checkbooks. That means we answer to you, not a boardroom.
Here’s what that looks like in practice. We commit to principles that don’t bend under pressure: real human support from people who care, continuous improvement driven by your needs (not hype or valuations), and sustainable growth that strengthens our partners as much as our business.
In fact, that's why we articifically constrain the number of new Triggr clients we accept per month. Instead of selling as many licenses we can, we put a cap on new enrollments so that we can give each new MSP partner we work with the love and attention they deserve.
I started Everhold because I believe MSPs deserve better. You need software that works for you — that's reliable, affordable, and keeps getting better without the rug being pulled out from under you. So we're building a family of tools designed to help you manage your business, delight your clients, and grow on your terms. No bloated feature sets to impress analysts, no price hikes to appease shareholders — just practical, powerful software that does the job.
This isn't just a business for us — it's a promise. We've seen the alternative, and we're determined to be different.
Thanks for reading, and for considering Everhold. I'd love to hear from you — your feedback, your challenges, your ideas. You can reach me directly at harvey@everholdhq.com. Here's to building something better, together.
